Careers at Lingroow

Want to become a Salesperson Communication Counselor?

Let's be upfront — this is a sales role. You'll have targets, and you'll be closing admissions. But how you get there is what makes this different.

What Makes This Sales Role Different

In India, when a parent trusts you with their child, they are trusting you with their most precious thing in the world. That is not a small thing. A Communication Counselor at Lingroow is often a parent's very first conversation with us — and that conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.

We don't sell by pushing the nearest available batch. We sell by genuinely understanding the child, listening to what the parent is worried about, and guiding them to the program that's actually right. Get that right, and the close follows naturally. A parent who feels understood becomes our biggest advocate. A parent who feels sold to becomes our biggest problem. Choose the first one, every time.

The Role, Plainly Stated
You will handle inbound leads and speak to parents directly, every day
You will have monthly targets for admissions — and you'll be measured on them
You are responsible for converting interest into enrolment
You'll also gather insight on the child — age, challenges, goals — to route them to the right program, not just any program
Compensation: fixed base salary + uncapped commission on every enrolment you close. Your effort translates directly to your earnings — there's no ceiling on what you can make.

What We Look For

Sales, done with care

Comfortable with targets and being measured on numbers — this is a real sales role, not a support function

Strong verbal communication — persuasive, but never pushy

Genuine ability to listen to a parent's concern before pitching a solution

Resilience — rejection is part of sales, and we don't treat it as a red flag, we treat it as the job
